Veggie Cream Cheese
If you’re looking for a great way to add more vegetables to your breakfast try this recipe. It makes a great breakfast. Or enjoy it as a healthy snack on celery or carrots.
Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese (neufchatel or ⅓ less fat)
⅓ cup chopped carrots
⅓ cup chopped celery
1 green onion sliced
Pinch of garlic powder (optional)
*For a spicy version add a little chopped fresh Jalapeno pepper. Delicious!
Mix together in a 2 cup container with lid. Will keep refrigerated up to a week.
