Detox Water Recipe

Delicious Detox Water

1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
1 lemon
1 lime
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
¼ cup blackberries (optional – can add or substitute strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)

Wash all fruit and mint leaves.

Cut lemon and lime in half. Cut half of each lemon and lime into slices. Squeeze the unsliced halves into a pitcher of cold water. Add cucumber, mint, berries, lemon & lime slices. Stir and enjoy!

Serving Suggestion:

Pour into clear glasses filled with ice. Allow some fruit to fall into the glass. Use a spoon if needed. Garnish with lemon or lime slices and a sprig of fresh mint.
